Great Start for Ballisodare

We had a great start here at Ballisodare with 6 spring fish caught for the day!

John Scanlon had the first fish of the season weighing 8lb 8oz.

Hillary Mitchell had the second fish weighing 6lb 11oz

Richard Watters had the third fish weighing 8lb

Stephen Moore had the fourth and heaviest fish of the day weighing 10lb 10z

Vincent Henry had the fifth fish of the day weghing 8lb 3oz

Bernard Harte had the sixth and last fish of the day weighing 8lb 90z

We are delighted with the start we had considering the water levels were a bit on the high side, the river was too high for the fly, with the result that all fish were caught on the worm.
